10/20/03 Turned from 41 pieces of Hackberry and
Padauk.  The sanding dust carried over into the grain of
the Hackberry giving it a reddish cast.  4" high by 11"

These two pieces were early attempts and didn't
work out well. There was a lot of filler used.  Not
for sale.  St the time when i made them I thought
they were wonderful. Not for sale
7/26/03  Turned from a solid piece of Catalpa.  The
grain in this bowl is exceptional. It glows. 4" tall by
11" in diameter.
